Heat Transfer Vinyl

First off, don’t confuse Our Heat Transfer Vinyl with those cheap, iron-on style transfers of yesteryear. Instead, our Printing process is a printing method that produces incredibly high-quality artwork that will last for years to come.

Essentially, we Digitally Print onto the vinyl and then using the proper time and temperature, we heat press onto the garments and most notably for us, T-Shirts. Our Digital Printing machine is capable of printing anything and we’ll totally print whatever you want.

The Vinyl Details:

  • Excellent opacity means bright colors on dark substrates

  • Thin and stretchable, with a soft feel

  • Semi-matte finish

  • PVC-free, CPSIA Compliant – Safe for children’s clothing

  • Printable on: Cotton, Poly, & Blends

The heat pressing onto your garment, when done properly will last a long time, wash after wash.

CLASSIC
EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is Classic & Professional look that has stood the test of time for many years. Our In-House Embroidery Machine is capable of sewing onto many different types of Apparel, including Polo Shirts, Caps, Hoodies, Beanies and many more.

3D PUFF:

We offer 3D Puff Embroidery, which looks great on Caps. This Unique look is achieved by laying the Puff on top of the Cap but Under the Thread to give it that 3D Effect.

DIGITIZING:

In Order to reproduce any Logo, Clipart or Special Design into an Embroidery file, it must first be Digitized. This is what allows the Machine to know the Path, Colors and Layout of the Design. Basic Lettering can be Embroidered without Digitizing.
